3d Metal Printer

Michigan Tech has come up with a very low cost way to 3d print objects from metal.  This system is built off of a standard RepRap 3d printer design.  It make use of the motion of the RepRap platform and combines it with a stationary welding head.  The creator says it can print anything a standard RepRap can.  Hit the link to see the Wiki and a couple of videos.
